0.25 cupolive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
0.5 tsp dried oregano
2.5 mlbalsamic vinegar
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 naan bread or 4 tortillas
2 cup toppings of your choice (bell peppers, mushrooms, sausage, smoked meat, cold cuts, leftover cooked chicken)
375 ml grated mozzarella cheese
For sauce, in a bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
With the rack in middle position, preheat oven to 425 F (210 C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the sauce on the bread. Scatter toppings and cheese on the bread. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
