Winter Sangria

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup pears (chopped)
1/4 cup figs (chopped)
1/2 cup simple syrup (vanilla cinnamon, heat to dissolve equal parts water and sugar with a cinnamon stick and vanilla)
rosecco (bottle of dry, or sparkling water)
rosemary (optional)
cinnamon sticks (optional)

Instructions

Add the chopped fruit and simple syrup to a large pitcher.

Pour in the carbonation right before serving.

Garnish with rosemary sprigs and cinnamon sticks
